7. září 2019 se Letenská pláň a Národní zemědělské muzeum již třetím rokem promění v místo oslavy zemědělství a folklórních tradic.

Letošní ročník bude zaměřen především na farmáře, kteří se představí na jednom z největších farmářských trhů.

Vystoupí řada folklórních souborů.
Pro děti je připraven bohatý doprovodný program.
Po celý den budete mít možnost ZDARMA navštívit Národní zemědělské muzeum.
Nebude chybět prezentace několika zemědělských svazů.

Our team takes every single opportunity to promote our project in order to touch more lives. We strongly believe we should share our knowledge in every chance we have so that
we can create a wider community who can support each other.

We organised wonderful hiking with our NGO members and people interested the hike in Mallorca, Spain. We spent wonderful 5 hours on hiking on Serra de Tramuntana and exploring the beauty of nature and view while promoting COOLIVING.

Awareness is the first big step and we aim to continue raising awareness of healthy living for the wellbeing of our societies.

Physical health is interrelated with mental health and one is not possible without the other.

We encourage young people to do exercises in a fun and creative way in order to maintain continuous motivation to do exercises hence maintaining

overall wellbeing of youth in the long run. We believe, this is one of the most important aspects when it comes to sustainable healthy living.

Vegetarian festival

9th year will take place at the Vysehrad castle in Prague on 27th – 29th September 2019. 

It will mainly consist of lectures and workshops on permaculture, ecological buildings, healthy food, home-made products, zero waste, alternative energy resources and technologies, local economy, communities, personal development and others. It will be of course accompanied by vegetarian and vegan organic refreshment and supporting inspiring programme both for adults and children.

The RefuFest creates a space for people from all around the world to meet up and expresses solidarity with refugees. Thanks to music, dance, theatre and diverse experiences, The RefuFest offers its guests an opportunity to get to know other cultures more. The purpose of RefuFest is to show that Prague is a cosmopolitan centre where people of different religions, nationalities and cultures live together. The festival enables its visitors to go behind the borders of stereotypes, that are running in society, and fully enjoy what diversity can offer.

Every year, our festival is willing to point on how important is the openminded attitude of the Czech
majority towards foreign people for the whole society. But we have one more thing to stress this
year. It is more and more evident that when we do not give our planet what it needs, we will soon be
in the situation that no one will be able to fix. The current condition of the environment is a
significant cause of migration. According to the estimates of IOM (International Organization for
Migration), the number of people forced to leave their homes because of the impact of the
environment is growing every year. Whilst nowadays this is only a matter of 50 million people, in
2050 the number may be four times higher, according to experts.

It is time to start the war against climate change! This year‘s festival, which takes place from the 27th
to the 28th of September in Prague Invalidovna venue, will be about migration as well as about
climate change.

We organised a yoga session in the morning in the nature. We continued with stretching and meditation. Our Yoga teacher completed the session with a breathing exercise and appreciating the nature, our body and our health. We promote regular exercise to sustain a healthier living.

Tato metoda neupravuje držení těla pouze kosmeticky, ale může ji zásadně změnit. Pomáhá vytvořit základ zdravého pohybu, který každý potřebuje bez problémů zvládat své povinnosti v každodenním životě.

Proč se při cvičení zabývat chůzí? A proč už v mladém věku?
Cvičením pro správnou chůzi pomáhá vypěstovat obranný mechanismus proti destruktivnímu vlivu gravitace. Nikdy se tak nedozvíte, jak je nepříjemné, když bolí záda. Důrazem na uvolněnost při pohybu se cvičení O-A metodou® liší oproti těm směrům, které se zaměřují hlavně na posílení svalstva a stabilizaci tzv. středu těla. Áhára Chikitsa – Výživa jako lék

Ájurvéda je tradiční Indická medicína a nejstarší medicinální systém na světě. Kolébkou této vědy je Indie, ale její principy přesahují čas i prostor a jsou univerzálně aplikovatelné kdykoliv a kdekoliv. Jedním z hlavních ájurvédských nástrojů k udržení rovnováhy a tudíž zdraví a spokojenosti je výživa, která je zároveň i hlavním tématem naší besedy. Potrava, kterou přijímáme, utváří tkáně našich fyzických těl (v tomto smyslu jsme opravdu to, co jíme) a proto je tak důležité věnovat výživě patřičnou pozornost. Buďto můžeme potravu pěstovat/nakupovat, připravovat, a jíst podle principů, které jsou pro nás podporující a bude tak fungovat jako medicína, nebo naopak se může stát jedem a vytvářet v těle toxiny. Vzhledem k naší absolutní unikátnosti a individualitě, neexistuje jedna univerzální dieta, která by vyhovovala každému z nás. Existují ale principy, na základě kterých můžeme pochopit svou jedinečnost a dávat si (i skrze výživu) právě to, co potřebujeme ke zdraví a spokojenosti.

Představíme si základní ájurvédské pojmy (Panchamahabhúta, Tridosha, Prakrti) a pak přejdeme k hlavním aspektům charakterizující ájurvédské stravování (KDY- denní/roční/životní období, JAK- vhodný způsob a množství potravy, CO- konkrétní potraviny, jejich vlastnosti, chutě a kombinace) Povídání zakončíme společnou lehce stravitelnou večeří 🙂

zveme vás na vodáckou akci. Zatím máme 2 posádky a to Terku s Alessiem a mě s Bárou.
