A special class that is tailored to the female body to explore & restore our intimacy, sensuality, sexuality, sensitivity & vitality.

We incorporate touch, guided and free movements, breath, sound & visualizations.

We will also incorporate the Yoni Egg, an ancient Taoist practice to heal & awaken female pleasure. If you don’t have or want to use the Yoni Egg, you can still join and do the class without the egg.

Prepare a quiet, clean, fresh, ventilated place where you are undisturbed. Have a thin mattress with blankets on top or a thick mat/mattress ready.

Wrap yourself in a sarong and keep extra blankets ready to keep you warm, as well as socks. Have your clean Yoni Egg (optional) with organic dental floss, skin-friendly oil like coconut, almond, or sesame oil & tissue ready.
